Manacor Racetrack hosted this Sunday, December 17th, Saturday’s program, which was postponed because of the rain. The two most outstanding tests were the Criterium de Velocidad, popularly known as “Sa Volta”, for only one lap, and the Critèrium dels Joves, in which two-year-old horses, generation “F”, participated.

Unique Master triumphs in Sa Volta

The horse of the Cuadra Lorette, with the reins of Antoni Riera, was the fastest, by far, winning this speed test at a time of 1’11”9. Sapolino, winner of the previous edition, was second at 1’13”3 and Aublada du Bouchet third at 1’14”0.

Far West at the Critèrium dels Joves

Five two-year-old colts played the Criterium dels Joves, race on 1,725 meters in which Far West won, also at the helm of Antoni Riera, scoring a time of 1’20”6. The second place went to Freixenet Pocket and the third to Farruquito By Night.
